Acquiring Astra through her banner is one of the requirements to begin raising her Trust. You must also have completed the Special Episode “Astra-nomical Moment.”
Astra Yao Tape Requirement: “Upon a Wishing Star”
To progress Astra’s Trust past Friendly, she will request a tape from Random Play. She will DM the protagonist, asking for the “Upon a Wishing Star” tape. This seems to be automatically satisfied, since Belle/Wise simply replies that they’ve found it as Astra asks for it.
She will come collect it in the store in-person in the next applicable timeslot, even within the same day. Doing this will also unlock her as a promoter for the video store.
Astra Yao Trust Events
When encountering Astra Yao in random Trust Events, any dialogue option will result in a Trust Increase. Choose the dialogue option that resonates with you (or your understanding of Belle/Wise) the most!
Maxing out her Trust gives you the Astra Yao dynamic wallpaper.
Astra Yao Invitation Events
Any dialogue choices skipped means that it guarantees the Trust Increase or does not reward any. Theboldedchoices are the best ones, but other choices may still give a lesser increase in Trust.

Astra Yao Wish Events and Fun Events
Enter Quality Time with Astra Yao through Knock Knock to complete her Wish and Fun Events which grant Trust Increases and various rewards such as Polychromes.

While walking around during Quality Time, Astra will interact with stores. Doing these will grant Money as a reward. You only need to pass by the store to satisfy the requirement.
