Here is what we know about Dracula’s role in Marvel Rivals Season 1!
Marvel Rivals Season 1 begins on Jan. 10, bringing the Fantastic Four into the fold alongside a new Battle Pass and more. Dracula is the antagonist for Season 1, as shown in the “Eternal Night Falls” trailer. Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, The Thing, and Human Torch will do their best to thwart the evil vampire, who holds several appearances in Marvel properties. Who is Dracula in Marvel Rivals?
Marvel Rivals Season 1 marks the arrival of Vlad Dracula, who will oppose theFantastic Four. The trailer mentioned earlier depicts darkness falling over the Avengers tower–the iconic “A” logo swiftly transitions to a “V” for Vlad. A Timestream Entanglement traps Doctor Strange in another dimension, allowing Dracula and Doctor Doom to plunge New York into darkness.

“Darkness engulfs New York as the Timestream Entanglement leaves Doctor Strange trapped in the Entangled Astral Plane, scattering the Darkhold pages. Dracula and Doctor Doom disrupt the moon’s orbit, plunging the city into eternal night and unleashing an army of vampiric creatures. With the world on the brink, the Fantastic Four join forces with iconic Marvel heroes, standing together in the epic battle to break the mystical darkness with science.”
It’s unclear exactly how players will battle Dracula in the game, but there will presumably be a limited-time mode revolving around the vampire lord. His in-game rivals include Magik and Scarlet Witch, butMister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, The Thing, and Human Torch hope to defeat him in this storyline.

Will Dracula be a playable character in Marvel Rivals?
NetEase Games has not explicitly stated that Dracula will be a playable character in Marvel Rivals in Season 1. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean that won’t happen in the future. We must wait and see if the developers plan to add Dracula. There are rumors that Blade will be coming to Marvel Rivals down the line, so perhaps that season could also include the vampire lord.
