Warcraft Rumble PvP rework

On Jan. 9, the Warcraft Rumble team announced a rework for the game’s PvP system. Notably, the old Honor rewards are now Victory Road rewards. This means all rewards can no longer be earned via Honor. Instead, they’re unlockable using Victory Points.

What are Victory Points in Warcraft Rumble?

In Warcraft Rumble, Victory Points are earned by completing PvP matches. This is regardless if the player wins or loses. However, wins and win streaks do result in more of this in-game currency. These Victory Points also reset every new Warcraft Rumble season.

Meanwhile, Honor isn’t going away. It places players into their respective Honor ranks. Additionally, at the end of each season, players get their rank placements and respective rewards.

There are also a couple of new ranks to consider: Top 1 and Top 100. “These new rankings will not be able to be tracked in game,” explained the developers. “We’re hoping to include this in a future update. Ranks beyond 100 can still be tracked in game with the Honor rank system.”
