According to leaks and real-life teasers, the 2024 World Series Champion and three-time Major League Baseball (MVP) Shohei Ohtani will soon become a Fortnite skin. The number 17, which Ohtani wears for the Los Angeles Dodgers, has appeared prominently in signs circulating social media.
Leakers have put two and two together, concluding that the Japanese baseball icon is next in line to join the Fortnite Icon Series. Here is everything we know about this collaboration.

These reports arrived on Sunday, March 9 through various reputable leakers. However, NotPaloLeaks initially circulated the story, beginning with some mysterious Fortnite-branded posters in what appears to be a train station.
Even more interesting is that the “I” and “T” in Fortnite make the number 17, with “Coming Soon” written underneath. Since these initial reports, many leakers have confirmed Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Dodgers is at the center of this crossover.
