Out in June in Japan
I think all of us collectively kind of gasped at the prospect of aSeiken Densetsuon Switch. The idea thatSeiken Densetsu 3, one of the most beloved action RPGs ever, would finally be coming west for a brand new Nintendo system with co-op was almost too much. But there’s no word on a localization yet from Square, and considering that they’d have to translate it for the first time (use the fan ROM as a guide!), it might take them a while.
While we wait for details on that front, we do know by way of company president Noaki Horii, that it is being handled by M2. It already has a release date of June 04, 2025, and given the good work M2 has done with so many other retro ports (most notably the 3D Classics for Sega), it seems to be in good hands.
