
The 48-year-old actor andfather of one, best known as the heartthrob in Reese Witherspoon’s 2002 rom-comSweet Home Alabama, has sold his 2,835-square-foot Laurel Canyon abode for $2,197,000, PEOPLE confirms.
According to theLos Angeles Times, records show Lucas bought the house in 2002 for $452,000.
Lucas, who recently appeared inFord vs. Ferrari,iscurrently living in Bali, Indonesia, where he relocated in order to enroll his sonNoah Rev, 7, in a special environmentally focused school he describes as “such a special place.”
