‘Scram Kitty’ sounds like a great fictional band name

Dakko Dakko’s platform shooterScram Kitty and his Buddy on Railsis now available today in the Nintendo eShop today for Wii U owners. Looks like a colorful and frenetic arcade romp with some rad electronica to accompany some rather wild levels.

I’ve not had a chance to play it, but you roll around, attach yourself to walls, and utilize the GamePad for normal play. Scram Kitty will hang out on the TV screen to offer gameplay tips as well.

Challenge mode is included with Miiverse support as well, and the game will only run you $10 to check it out. Looks like a pretty sound investment if you’re looking for a weekend play. Check out the launch trailer and let us know if you plan on pulling the trigger.
