OWCS World Finals 2024 will take place in Stockholm, Sweden between Nov. 22 and Nov. 24.
ESL FACEIT Group (EFG) has announced that the Overwatch Champions Series (OWCS) circuit will bring the inaugural OWCS World Finals to DreamHack Stockholm.

The OWCS World Finals will take place in Stockholm, Sweden between Nov. 22 and Nov. 24. During this time, eight Overwatch 2 teams will duke it out for the championship title. Visitors will also get the chance to participate in various activities at the venue as well.
From now until Nov. 22, eight slots are available. The OWCS Stage 4 Open Qualifiers for North America (NA) and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) will be a part of the competition, with the winning teams earning a spot in the OWCS World Finals.

From DreamHack Dallas to DreamHack Stockholm
The OWCS World Finals at DreamHack Stockholm will build on the momentum from the circuit’s event at DreamHack Dallas, where Crazy Raccoon players were crowned the OWCS 2024 Major champions. Back in June 2024, DreamHack Dallas attracted over 55,000 attendees, with additional seating required for the Overwatch 2 area. Meanwhile, the esports action drew approximately 130,000 peak viewers watching from home.
Sean Miller, the director and head of Overwatch Esports at Blizzard Entertainment, noted how the OWCS exceeded expectations. He also stated that he’s excited to cap off the year with the circuit’s first-ever championship in Europe.
“Our first OWCS LAN showcased the continued appetite Overwatch 2 fans have for international competition, and we expect that passion and excitement to reach new heights in Stockholm,” Miller added.
