Freja has arrived in Overwatch 2 with her trusty Revdraw Crossbow. Here’s how her kit works!
Freja has arrived in Overwatch 2 as the game’s newest damage hero. Her weapon? The Revdraw Crossbow. With it, she can rapidly launch automatic and explosive bolts. Read on to learn about the rest of Freja’s kit in Overwatch 2, including her abilities, ultimate, passives, and perks!

Overwatch 2 Freja abilities, ultimate, and more
As noted, Freja’s Revdraw Crossbow is her primary fire while Take Aim is her secondary fire. In terms of her abilities, they include Quick Dash and Updraft, which are useful for movement. Her ultimate is Bola Shot, and it works well with her Bounty Hunting passive that grants bonus ultimate charge for every three final hits.

Overwatch 2 Freja perks
While Freja’s minor perks are Frost Bolts and Tracking Instinct, her major ones are Ready to Hunt and Relentless Barrage. Within an Overwatch 2 match, players can work up to and select one minor and one major perk. The screenshot above shows off the Tracking Instinct perk, and one below shows that Relentless Barrage refunds Revdraw Crossbow’s ammo.
Freja to enter Overwatch 2 Stadium
At the time of publishing this article, Freja can be played in both the Unranked and Competitive game modes. However, according to senior game designer Dylan Snyder, she will also become playable in thenew Stadium game modeat the midpoint of Season 16.
“In addition to the 17 heroes that will be available at the start of Season 16, I’m happy to announce we will be introducing Overwatch 2’s newest hero, Freja, in our mid-season update,“Snyder said.
