Long Arm is designed for hip fire, but a few new Rite of the Nine perks make it a precise and tactical killer in Destiny 2.
Rite of the Nine is here, and with it comes a reprised set of Destiny 2 dungeons and weapons with new traits to hunt for. Arguably the most popular of the weapons up for grabs is the Long Arm scout rifle — and it’s got a new god roll to hunt for.

What is the god roll for Long Arm in Destiny 2?
Long Arm PvE god roll
Hype for Long Arm has died off a bit from the gameplay reveal some time ago where we saw Jolting Feedback as a second-column perk. Jolting Feedback is absent from the weapon, so we’re looking to alternatives to fulfil that Arc power fantasy.
Rolling Stormis a great substitute in Bolt Charge builds as you’ll be able to build up plenty of stacks. Titans especially have ways to proc Bolt Charge with the Storm’s Keep Arc Aspect, so pop that barricade and summon lightning almost at will!

Gravity Well is the Rite of the Nine Origin Trait, which automatically picks up nearby ammo bricks when reloading — great for refilling those Special and Heavy reserves!
Otherwise,Dragonflydoes roughly the same thing in exploding enemies on headshot kill. We’re partnering those up withRapid Hitfor faster reload, but if you can live with the reload speed of Long Arm, go forRecycled Energyinstead to get those abilities back.

How to get Long Arm in Destiny 2 Rite of the Nine
There are several ways to get your hands on Long Arm in Destiny 2’s Rite of the Nine activity. Completing the first quest,Elegant Arsenal, rewards a Long Arm. Running the Rite of the NineSpire of the Watchercan drop the weapon, whileattuning to Long Arm at The Emissarymeans you’ll have an increased chance of getting Long Arm after completing encounters or dungeons.
Adept versionswith alternate colorways and double perks drop rarely from encounters or from The Emissary.Holofoil versionsof Long Arm are also obtainable from completing quests or from higher difficulty clears of Rite of the Nine.
