The Gilded Thorn camo can be equipped on your weapons, but only after you make a purchase.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and WarzoneSeason 4added a slew of new content to both games, but some of that content isn’t readily visible. There are some hidden pieces of content that players can only unlock by taking some specific steps. One of those pieces of content is the Gilded Thorn weapon camo, which is only available through making a purchase in Black Ops 6 and Warzone.
However, it’s not exactly the purchase you might be thinking of, as this purchase takes place out of either game. To see how to unlock and redeem the Gilded Thorn weapon camo, keep reading the guide below.
Unlocking the Gilded Thorn camo in Black Ops 6 and Warzone
The Gilded Thorn camo is only available to players who buy something from the Call of Duty Merch Shop. This is an online shop that sells official COD merchandise, such as apparel, accessories, and more.
You can unlock the Gilded Thorn camo with aCOD Shop purchase through July 20, 2025. This means any purchase after June 30 will not unlock the camo in Black Ops 6 and Warzone. You can purchase anything in the shop to unlock the camo, so if you want the camo but don’t want to spend a lot of money, you can buy the cheapest item for sale. That’s likely going to be something that’s discounted, which you can view by going to the"Sale" tab on the COD Shop homepage.
Once you buy something from the shop, you’ll receive a redeem code with your receipt that you can use to unlock the Gilded Thorn camo.
