The Antimatter Legion mobs on the Herta Space Station drop Thief’s Instinct, Usurper’s Scheme, and Conqueror’s Will. These materials have not been required by characters often past Dr. Ratio, so you may have a lot of these in stock if you have been playing Honkai Star Rail for a while.
However, A Glass of the Besotted Era is less accessible. This drops from the Stagnant Shadow node in Penacony Grand Theater.

A Glass of the Besotted Era is acquired from Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Gelidmoon in Penacony Grand Theater.
There is no information on whether this node will be part of the Temporary Early Access feature. To be safe, try and progress far enough in the story to unlock the area and the node.
The Omni-Synthesizer allows you to trade two of a different Ascension material for one A Glass of the Besotted Era. This exchange can be done 20 times per week.
