The DBZ Dokkan Battle 8th Anniversary LR cards have been revealed! Let’s look at the new ‘Standby Skill’ and two familiar LR faces.
Eight years is a long time for any game to survive, let alone a mobile gachapon one. And yet, the DBZ Dokkan Battle 8th anniversary is days away and brings forth a new batch of LR cards. While the countdown event has been going strong for weeks in-game, we now have our first look at the two Legendary Rarity cards coming to Dokkan Battle banners.A number of cards got their spotlight reveal on the Dokkan Battle Global Twitter account yesterday.

Dokkan Battle 8th Anniversary LR reveal
We have two new Dokkan Battle 8th Anniversary LRs:Universe’s Last Hope Super Saiyan 3 Goku & Super Saiyan 2 VegetaandMiracle-Making Final Showdown Goku (GT) & Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta. Yes, this means more GT cards. Sorry.
Universe’s Last Hope SSJ3 Goku & SSJ 2 Vegeta
A new skill coming with this batch of LRs is the Standby skill. After waiting a certain number of turns the player can swap out the standby version of the LR for an updated version. The skill is used to represent a number of story events. In the case of this Dokkan Battle 8th Anniversary LR, it showcases the three minutes that Vegeta buys Goku to power up his attack again Kid Buu at the end of the Buu Saga.
