The 4-stars for each banner are currently unknown.
This means that the new character, Xilonen, and her signature weapon will be in the update’s first half. She is the only new playable character in this patch, so it should be a no-brainer if you’re after collecting them all. However, the Xilonen banner will be simultaneous with Chiori’s first re-run.
