The first Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) competition of the year is officially underway. While the top players compete fora share of over $7 million, the community has its chance to shine. Epic Games has revealed the the FNCS Community Cups in Chapter 5 Season 1, including the dates, cosmetic set, and more.

Fortnite FNCS Community Cup in Chapter 5 Season 1: Schedule and format
Fortnite’s first FNCS Community Cup begins on February 10 and is open to competitors across all six server regions: Europe, NA Central, Brazil, Asia, Middle East, and Asia. This Duos tournament features a prize pool of free FNCS-themed cosmetics for those who finish atop their respective region.
According to the official rules, another FNCS Community Cup will occur on February 17 with a different cosmetic prize pool. However, both competitions follow the same format, which you may find below:

How do I compete in the FNCS Community Cup?
There are a few tournament prerequisites that you must meet before competing in the FNCS Community Cup. Refer to the guidelines below to ensure you are ready to play:
If you meet all those requirements, you can queue into the tournament when your region’s time window arrives on February 10 and February 17.
What can I win by playing in this tournament?
There is no monetary prize pool involved in the FNCS Community Cup. Instead, it’s a more casual environment that offers free in-game cosmetics. The top-placing Duos will collect these free rewards sometime after the tournament concludes.
