How much would you be willing to forgive forthe perfect life ? If your every need and want was completely catered to you , could you disregard the unconscious process behind it ? That ’s the quandary set forth in Do n’t Worry Darling , the a la mode film from theater director Oliva Wilde , and the first trailer looks unbelievable .
In Do n’t Worry Darling , Florence Pughand Harry Styles dally Alice and Jack , the seemingly perfect span . They live in a town name Victory which is run by a mysterious company named the Victory Project . All the men in the town study there and the only regulation isthe woman ca n’t ask about it . That , of course , is n’t go to stand , as you could see in this first poke .
To be honest , we have no mind what the Victory Project does or what this movie ultimately ends up being about . It is something supernatural ? Something outside the realms of reality ? It seems possible . The period coif , however , could entail the arcanum is something from our reality : computers , nuclear weapons , etc . Something that makes it a bit more poignant for our times . We just do n’t get laid .

What we 100 % do bed is that Do n’t Worry Darling looks hugely compelling and that cast is to cash in one’s chips for . Pugh and Styles , the unlikely MCU team up , are first-class of row . But then in add-on there ’s Gemma Chan , KiKi Layne , Chris Pine , Nick Kroll , and even the director herself , Olivia Wilde ? That ’s a hell of a business up for a pic so on the face of it retiring .
Really the biggest intimation that Do n’t Worry Darling has something special croak on is that , even with this shape , it ’s not a streaming dismission . It ’s not an autonomous release . It ’s coming as a major , wide release from Warner Bros. , astudio that paid handsomelyto have that right . We imagine with the September release , that trailer and that cast , this might be a movie we ’re blab about on “ Best Of ” Lists at the end of December . Or so we hope .
Do n’t Worry Darling open September 23 .
