The Diablo IV open beta details are here, including word on how those who pre-ordered can get early access.
Hell awaits those long expecting a Diablo IV open beta beforethe game’s release on August 10, 2025.Announced by Blizzard today, a series of open beta weekends are scheduled for the end of March. This will include users on PC and both generations of Xbox and PlayStation hardware. Though, access to this open beta does come with caveats, which…uh, seems to ruin the whole point of calling it an “open beta.”

The early access portion of the Diablo IV open beta takes place March 17-19. The true open beta happens March 24-26. Those who pre-ordered the game will have early access. While the beta appears to be fairly open-ended, there are some limitations on how much players will accomplish.
During both the Open Beta and Early Access weekends, players will be able to intimately explore the early game of Diablo IV. This includes a first taste of the campaign via thePrologue and the entirety of Act 1. The first zone,Fractured Peaks, is yours to navigate as you please

Additionally, the level cap is set to 25 during the beta period.
