Cerydra kit in Honkai Star Rail
She is a 5-star Wind character on the Path of Harmony. This means that Cerydra’s kit can provide buffs to her teammates. In particular, her skills revolve around one buff only. This buff can only be applied to one teammate at a time, but its power is nothing to scoff at.

Charge
Capped at 8 points. At 6 points, the character withMilitary Merithas all Crowd Control debuffs dispelled and their buff is upgraded toPeerage.
Peerage
The character with this buff gets CRIT DMG for their Skill, increases All-Type RES PEN, and triggersCoup de Mainwhen using their Skill against enemies.
After Coup de Main ends, consume Charge to revert Peerage back to Military Merit.
Ultimate (AoE) - Scholar’s Mate
Gain 2 Charge and deal Wind DMG based on Cerydra’s ATK to all enemies. If no allies haveMilitary Merit, grant it to the character in position 1.
Talent (Support) - Ave Imperator
Military Merit
The character with Military Merit gets increased ATK based on Cerydra’s ATK. When this character performs a Basic ATK or a Skill, Cerydra gains 1 Charge. When they use any attack, Cerydra deals Additional Wind DMG. The buff only affects the most recent target, and when the target changes, Charges are reverted back to 0.

Increase Cerydra’s CRIT Rate by 100%.
When the character with Military Merit uses their Ultimate, gain 1 Charge. (Once per battle)

Skill increases SPD for Cerydra and the character with Military Merit. When the character with Military Merit uses Basic ATK or Skill, regenerate Energy for Cerydra.
