Ranked Play is officially arriving in Black Ops 6, and here are all the details.
Activision has released a massive blog for Season 1 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. This includes details on everything from the new weapons and maps to everything you need to know about the Warzone integration. If you’re a fan of Black Ops 6 multiplayer, though, one of the most exciting piece of news from the blog is the introduction of Ranked Play.

Ranked Play is arriving on Nov. 21 in Black Ops 6, one week after Season 1 has dropped. While a majority of the competitive mode will be similar to what we’ve seen in the past few years, there are some key changes to make this the ultimate version. You can see all the details on Ranked Play in our guide below.
What are the ranks in Black Ops 6 Ranked Play?
One of the cornerstones of Ranked Play in any Call of Duty title is, of course, the individual ranks. Nothing has changed on this front in Black Ops 6, as the same ranking system is in place from the past two years. You can see all the individual ranks here:
Every time you win a match in Ranked Play, you’ll gain SR, which moves you closer to the next rank. Each individual rank has three sub-ranks (I, II, III), and you need to ascend these sub-ranks to move to the next individual rank. For example, you’ll start out in Bronze I and you need to work through Bronze II and III to reach Silver I.

The SR you gain for winning a match depends on how much your team won by and your individual performance. The more SR you gain, the closer you’ll get to moving up a rank.
