The Season 2 roadmap looks extremely promising.
It’s nearly time for the launch of Season 2 in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone. To showcase what content is arriving in the update, Activision has revealed the Season 2 roadmap, detailing every bit of content coming to multiplayer, Zombies, and battle royale.
As the developers previously mentioned, the initial slate of content in Warzone is going to be light, as the main focus on battle royale is to stop cheaters and deliver more substantial quality of life fixes first. However, Black Ops 6 is receiving a plethora of updates, including five new maps in multiplayer, the Tomb map in Zombies, and a flurry of weapons.

Events
The highlight of the Season 2 content drop in Black Ops 6 multiplayer are the weapons and maps. We’re seeing the return of the PPSh-41 SMG as well as the FN FAL marksman rifle (TR2). In addition to the weapons, the return of the Grind map from Black Ops 2 is coming in season and four other multiplayer maps are being added in Season 2 as well.
This certainly seems like the big update multiplayer fans have been waiting for, but we’ll have to see how it’s all executed.
Black Ops 6 Zombies
The Tomb looks to be a fantastic map in Zombies, and you can see more of it in detail inour previous guide. The rest of the content will be centered around the Tomb as well.
Warzone
As promised, Warzone isn’t getting much content at the start of Season 2. However, the hope is that the developers deliver more updates down the line now that they have more time to focus on improving the quality of life in battle royale.
